No longer being a front-line worker, it is only through friends that I have heard of their experiences of the vaccine. It will be a long time before I am eligible.
If you have already had the covid vaccine, you would be able to share you own experience of symptoms or lack thereof.
Just as people have experienced an array of symptoms post vaccination, so too do you experience a different life.
Your life is different to mine, despite us having things in common. Your experience is perfect for you in that moment.
If your experience is full of feel-goods, it’s an opportunity to enjoy them and be present to experience it in its entirety.
If your current experience is more of a challenge and feel-bads, that too, is perfect for you.
As much as you want it to be all sunshine and roses (or in my case, tulips), challenges and tough times are perfect for you too.
Evolution is on-going. Discomfort is a symptom of growth.
Discomfort can be overwhelming and sometimes you wish that you weren’t growing so that life could be easier.
Everyone has their own challenges and their own highlights. In the midst of your discomfort, it is easy to compare and wish your life was different.
Comparing your current experience to other people’s experience will not only make you unhappy but also distract you from the gift in hand.
During suffering it is not always easy to see the ‘gift’. The lesson, the reason why you are experiencing challenges.
Asking a few questions may help:
What is this experience teaching me?
What is this experience reflecting within me?
How is this a mirroring something deep within me?
How can I be kinder to myself?
Life brings your experiences to remind you that you are alive, regardless of what they are.
Being truly present, allowing whatever it is that comes to flow out of you without judgement, will enable you to let go. Opening yourself up for new and different experiences.
You are loved more than you know. Are you willing to love your own life too?
As always, I would love to hear from you. Contact me here.
