Feeling energised and alive after a session with Karine Bezuidenhout!
Karine facilitates movement and breath sessions weekly via Zoom regardless of where she is in the world. By combining her experience of yoga, sound, physiotherapy, breathwork and athletic movement she brings a truly unique movement practise to the world.
Thinking and moving outside the box, adds light to the world.
“We do not teach what we know, we teach who we are” ~ Lucy Draper-Clarke.
Your unique life experience, included all the dark times, is what makes you, you. A combination of your life experiences, passions and loves is the perfect combination of what the world needs from you.
If you are feeling like you do not fit in, that is great! You were born to stand out. The world as you knew it is changing rapidly.
Whatever you choose to do, do you! Do it your own way, add in your life experiences, the lessons you have learnt along the way. Adding your own unique flavour allows other people to be able to connect in a variety of ways.
It also gives other people permission to be themselves.
By Karine creating her own unique flow, she is adding a unique experience to the world.
Those life experiences and skills you have gathered until this very moment is your unique magical combination of what you are able to contribute to the world.
Often, you may find yourself admiring other people and judging yourself for not being more like them. While this is a perfectly ‘normal’ human response, it dims your own light.
It is your choice how you choose to use your unique magical combination of experience, skills and personality. It could be developing a new blog, physical movement, singing, or physically creating something or even a combination all of the above.
Whatever you choose is right. That is the beauty of it. You cannot get it wrong. All you need to do is be you. Authentically you.
If you are willing to shine your own light, there will be people that will criticise or dislike your choice. But that is about them, and not you. Keep shining regardless.
Do it your way. It may be different to the way other people live life, but if it works for you. Who are they to judge.
