2000 is a lot of pieces to count but I gave up after 1926 as there were 37 pieces of the puzzle missing.
Before burning it as firelighters, it was offered to someone less fortunate. He was absolutely delighted at the idea of building a puzzle despite the missing pieces.
He and his family even skipped dinner as they were too engrossed in the puzzle building.
It didn’t matter that the puzzle would never be fully completed.
The curiosity of how the pieces fit together combined with teamwork was his focus. The missing 3.7% was not enough to deter him from the task at hand.
It is all about perspective.
