Whilst out walking in the local nature reserve a bird drew my attention. Shortly after resting on a thin dead branch, the branch broke. The bird simply jumped to another branch when it gave way.
It was surprising that the bird chose to jump and not fly. The bird was able to fly as it flew off shortly after the brief encounter.
The bird was never concerned that the dead twig-like branch would not be able to hold its weight, nor was it bothered by it breaking. The bird was not worried about its own capabilities or its environment. It did not judge itself when the branch broke.
How often do you worry about your ability within a situation? Are you strong enough, thin enough, capable enough, confident enough or experienced enough?
Are you enough?
Are you able to take a leaf (or in this case, feather) out of the bird’s book?
Believing that you are exactly where you are meant to be. Trusting that you are instinctively capable of handling the situation.
Your intuition knows your essence of who you are and is always supporting you.
Life will work out when you trust that regardless of what happens, your inner being will always guide you. It is a matter of believing and trusting.
Just because ‘bad’ things happen, doesn’t mean that you can’t trust your intuition. You will get through them.
Looking back, I am sure you will be able to identify how you have overcome many challenges, pain and heartache in your life. Without the raw emotion, you are now able to see how these situations have helped you get to where you are today. They have shaped who you have become and will continue to do so as you evolve.
Are you willing to trust yourself, your inner being, your intuition, that you are already enough? You have everything you need within you. When you quieten the noise around you and in your mind, your heart knows the way. Trust it.
Branches will break but there is no need to worry, as you are instinctively capable.
