She is gone.
Six hours after she had passed, I received the news that a friend from school is no longer with us. She was perfectly healthy and collapsed suddenly spending three weeks in ICU before she passed.
Life is short.
Unexpected things happen.
Are you living to your full potential? Are you living your dreams?
Sometimes you get caught up in the mundane routine of life and forget that you are not going to live forever. Being truly present and enjoying every moment as if you had chosen it for yourself is how you can start living life to the full.
Appreciating where you are right now but also not forgetting that your time is limited. You make mistakes, you mess up, we all do. Do you spend time looking back and judging yourself?
There is a difference between reflecting and learning from experiences versus judging and being hard on yourself for things not working out at you would have liked.
Be nice to yourself. Inside you is a person that is trying their best. You are enough, regardless of what is going on around you.
Sometimes things take longer than expected and you have a few challenges along the way. But put it out there, it will happen. Enjoy the journey because that is what life is about.
It’s not just about achieving goals but enjoying the journey getting there. Most of the time the path is not straight and there are lessons along the way.
Being open to see what blessing and miracles surround you every day, even on bad days, is what helps you make the most of where you are right now.
You create your own reality. Are you living the life you want? If not, what are you going to do about it?
